Couve

Couve is a vegan footwear and accessories store, which was born in 2018, in Lisbon, by the hands and head of a vegan guy (vegetarian at the time). Very focused on streetwear, Couve has two main objectives:

On the one hand, we want to normalize the consumption of vegan products (without materials of animal origin) for those who are not vegan, and to show that they can have as much or more quality, as much or more concern for design, but mainly, a real concern for animals and nature, which leather goods do not have.

On the other hand, we also want to make life easier for those who are already concerned with the animal cause, and to concentrate in the same place, a good selection of sneakers, shoes and boots, where it is not necessary to always have to look at the labels of composition of each article.

​

In addition to not having products of animal origin, we try to make our offer as sustainable as possible, and in this context, we have introduced products with innovative materials such as recycled plastic, Apple Leather, Piñatex and C.W.L., apple fibers, pineapple and corn, respectively, and the use of natural rubber, cotton and vegan leather.
